A bodybuilding journey - The Last 72 Hours

Water loading upped to 7.5L today - I'm really bloated now with toilet breaks every hour or so, which also meant some creative commuting would be called for as it would no longer be ideal to travel long.

At 2 days off the last day of muscle glycogen depletion happens - that means tomorrow I'm going to starve myself with a rigorous session of gym and cardio with little replenishment. Supposedly every bit of bloating is now due to cellular fluid, and it is imperative that I make sure my body keeps the flushing mode through the next few days so that on Friday when I carb-up and stop drinking water the carbs would pull water from these cells and make for a full appearance.

Also today I sorted out the free posing with my coach - his experience certainly helped a great deal here! I'm never a dancing material so my weakness lies in not having a smooth run on the moves - imagine Robocop but a less muscular body than Arnie, LOL! Never try never know...

Still - as I have always said - our own mind is our biggest enemy. It can wobble. It can succumb to temptations. It can call it a day and give it all up. So? Work hard on the task. Concentrate. Conquer it. If one doesn't sway away from his objectives thou shalt have nothing to fear for.

Veni. Vidi. Vinci. My eyes are now set in that very last word!
