A bodybuilding journey - Carbs Deplete at 120 Hours Out

Started carbs depletion today. The only solid carbs I had (excluding trace carbs from the tiny amount of broccolis) was a piece of toast in the morning. Otherwise it's all chicken nuggets and lettuce from McDonalds - ok that was a joke - I mean chicken breast fillets (200g) and broccolis (50g), same combination as the last couple of months.

Clocked 5L of water by mid-afternoon but strangely I don't seem to pee as much out. Darn. Am I holding water still? The flushing system is supposed to get kickstarted; that means I may not have depleted enough yet.

And whilst I'm expecting myself to be extra grumpy and short tempered, today I don't feel that moody and hungry as I used to feel - I hope I didn't overindulge in those previous 'moderately'-loading carbs days.

Or maybe I haven't started doing the cardio in the evening yet. That's the real deal to deprive glycogen from muscle cells and that's where I really have to hold on to the temptations.

Let's see how it goes in the next 24 hours...
