My alarm clock (which was really my mobile with a lovely tune) started singing at 7am. Habitually I went over to switch the offending gadget off and fell back onto bed.
When I next opened my eyes it was 8:45am.... (My work hours start at 9am)! Holy @#$%!
Quickly readied myself in 10 mins (This has got to be a record) and off I went.
And it was pouring torrential rain outside. My rather battered parasol proved virtually useless in this treacherous weather and was falling apart in no time; and now that I'm back at office, my shirts are wet and trousers dripping water and all that...
Definitely not a good start to the day. :(
Lesson to be learnt:
1. I must find a way NOT to fall back to sleep when the alarm goes off.
2. I must take a proper umbrella, not parasols, foldable mini-umbrella and useless rubbish like those.

I'm mapdicted!
Google is of course renowned for their exceptionally efficient search engine, but this - Google Earth - is just astoundingly cool! Seeing another blogger posting a pic of his homeplace I'm moved to try out the software; and I must say I'm really hooked into it - a real eye-opener so to speak (both on the technology and the world!)
Some places that I've held dear:
My First School (that orangy spot in case you couldn't find it)

My Second School

My First Degree

My Second Degree

And this is where I live!
